David Hobson
David left school at 16 and entered the world of work as an apprentice vehicle technician working in a Vauxhall dealership. He worked there through his apprenticeship and then as a technician where he stayed for 17 years. David then left to train apprentices in a training centre but after two years they closed and David was unfotunately made redundant. 3 days later David started a new job in Darlington College teaching school leavers and apprentices their automotive qualifications where he still teaches.
