WHO IS IT SUITABLE FOR?
This qualification is for:

Those who are already in employment and who wish to achieve a qualification that demonstrates competence in the workplace.
Those undertaking an Apprenticeship with a competence qualification, e.g. VCQ/NVQ, requirement.

ABOUT
A learner who has achieved this Level 3 VCQ qualification, may choose to broaden their education and training by progressing into a higher level management qualification. 

This learning programme qualification is based upon IMI Sector Skills Council's National Occupational Standards.

PROGRESSION
This qualification could allow an individual to progress onto an apprenticeship or a higher level of learning and training.

ASSESSMENT
Assessment of this VCQ is made up of 3 components:
1. Learner portfolio of evidence
2. Assessor observations in the workplace
3. IMI set online testing
